Two young women found dead in Dhanusha
They both left the house on Tuesday afternoon to cut grass.

KATHMANDU: Two girls’ bodies have been discovered in Dhanusha. Both bodies were discovered in the bamboo forest of Amba Ghat in Purwari Tole, Nagarain Municipality 6, according to police.
The deceased are Pooja Mahara, the 18-year-old daughter of Dashrath Mahara, of Devadia, Nagarain Municipality 7, and Aarti Kumari Mahara, 19, of Harnia Harlakhi, Madhubani district, India, who was staying at her grandfather’s house in Devadia.
They both left the house on Tuesday afternoon to cut grass. The woman who went to cut grass in the ground informed the district police after seeing their dead bodies. According to District Police Office Dhanusha, the nature of the bodies indicates that both had consumed poison, but the incident is suspicious.
Their bodies were kept at the State Hospital Janakpur for autopsy. The incident is being investigated, according to the police.
