Foreign Minister Liz Truss has been elected leader of the ruling Conservative Party, and she is almost certain to become Prime Minister of the United Kingdom.
In addition, Britain will have a new Prime Minister in about two months. The Queen of the United Kingdom will appoint Truss, 47, as the new Prime Minister today.
