Couple candidate recommendation from Dhanusha
The regional committee has recommended Mahaseth, who is also the UML secretary and a member of the standing committee, for area no. 4.
KATHMANDU: The CPN-UML has recommended Raghubir Mahaseth couple for the upcoming elections on November 20 in Dhanusha areas 3 and 4. The names Julikumari Mahato in Area 3 and Raghubir Mahaseth in Area 4 have been recommended.
Mahaseth is a directly elected Dhanusha 4 MP, whereas Mahato is a proportional MP. The regional committee has recommended Mahaseth, who is also the UML secretary and a member of the standing committee, for area no. 4.
The Regional Committee of Area No. 3 has recommended that Politburo member Mahato’s name be used as a single name.
There is talk that in the upcoming elections, only one of the couple will contest the election directly and one will contest the election proportionally.
