Second day of JB Rana’s statement begins

KATHMANDU: Cholendra Shumsher JB Rana, who was suspended as Chief Justice following the impeachment, has begun his second day of statement.

JB Rana’s statement began at the meeting of the House of Representatives’ General Impeachment Recommendation Committee.

Since 6 months after the impeachment proposal was registered, the committee has been taking statements from JB Rana.

He responded to four of the 43 questions asked to him on Wednesday. The remaining questions will be addressed today.
