General Prosecution Recommendation Committee taking a statement from CJ Rana even today
The committee's meeting has been scheduled for 11 a.m. in the parliamentary committee's hall at Singha Durbar.
KATHMANDU: The House of Representatives General Impeachment Recommendation Committee will hear a statement from suspended Chief Justice Cholendra Shamsher JB Rana today. JB Rana began giving statements to the committee on Wednesday.
The committee’s meeting has been scheduled for 11 a.m. in the parliamentary committee’s hall at Singha Durbar. JB Rana was asked five questions out of 43 during yesterday’s meeting. He will gradually answer the remaining questions.
JB Rana’s post has been suspended since an impeachment motion against JB Rana was filed in the Federal Parliament Secretariat.
