CJ Rana returned after answering four of the forty-three questions

KATHMANDU: Cholendra Shumsher JB Rana, the suspended Chief Justice, has returned after answering four questions from a parliamentary committee.

JB Rana, who testified in front of the General Prosecution Recommendation Committee on Wednesday, only answered four questions in about four hours.

According to the committee, Rana has also been asked to make a statement tomorrow. He stated today that the impeachment was imposed due to the judge’s ambition and political reasons.

Similarly, he stated that the impeachment had become legally inactive due to the delay of the Parliament and that he was only present for the honor of the Parliament.
