Alfa Beta reaching to SC against Metropolitan City in valley
Alfa Care Pharmacy is said to have been built illegally. The same pharmacy was destroyed by city dozers.
KATHMANDU: Alfa Beta will go to the Supreme Court (SC) against the Kathmandu Metropolitan City. According to Alfa Beta source, legal consultation is being done for that.
“Legal consultation is being conducted,” sources said, adding that “even if not today, preparations are being made to go to the Supreme Court until Sunday.”
Alfa Care Pharmacy is said to have been built illegally. The same pharmacy was destroyed by city dozers. Following this, an Alfa Beta source described it as a heinous act.

The Metropolitan Corporation demolished the unauthorized structures built in the Alfa Beta Complex in the Baneshwor area earlier on Thursday. Balen Shah, who reached with a map and a dozer, spoke with Dwiraj Sharma, the owner of Alfa Beta, in the afternoon.
