After two consecutive days of declines, stock market rose nearly two points

The stock market rose a few points on Tuesday, the third trading day of the week.

On this day, the NEPSE stock market index rose by 1.81 points to reach 2054.95 points. On this day, a total of 44 lakh 31 thousand 25 shares were traded for a total of 1 billion 33 crores 35 lakh 60 thousand 857 rupees.

Stock prices of 104 companies fell on this day. The stock prices of 71 companies also rose. The stock prices of 11 companies are stable.

On this day, Ruru Jalbidyut, Mandakini Hydro, Hewakhola Jalbidyut and other companies’ share prices increased by 10 percent.

Group indices including banking, commerce, hydropower, manufacturing and life insurance rose on the day.

Indicators of other groups decreased.
