Suspicious objects found in two places in Kailali, army team approaching
The flag of CPN, led by Biplav, was also there.
KATHMANDU: Suspicious object was discovered at two locations in Kailali. Police said suspicious objects was discovered near the Hariya camp under the six-lane road in Mohanapur Attariya and under the East-West highway in Attariya in the Godawari Municipality-1.
Deputy Superintendent of Police DSP Ved Prakash Joshi, spokesman for the Kailali District Police Department, reported that a suspicious object wrapped in cloth was found in Attariya and a suspicious object that looked like a pressure cooker bomb was found in Haraya.
DSP Joshi said a Nepalese army team was called in to dispose of the suspected bomb and CPN Biplav, which called shutdown in Nepal on Tuesday, may have been storing the suspected item. The flag of CPN, led by Biplav, was also there.
