Nepal reports 623 COVID-19 infection

KATHMANDU: COVID-19 infection has been confirmed in 623 more people in Nepal.

According to the Ministry of Health and Population, the infection has been confirmed in 246 people during 1,621 PCR tests and 377 people during 3, 324 antigen tests.

According to the Ministry of Health, no one died as a result of COVID-19 on Friday.

Similarly, 487 more infected people have recovered, bringing the total number of recovered in Nepal to 977,845.

According to the Ministry, there are currently 5,024 active infected people in Nepal who are being held in isolation.
