LALITPUR: Today the festival of ‘Shri Krishna Janmashtami’ is celebrated throughout the country with devotion and devotion to Lord Shri Krishna.

Lord Krishna, the pioneer of Gyan Yog, Karma Yoga, and Bhakti Yoga, was born at midnight on Bhadrakrishna Ashtami in the Dwapara Yuga, so today is known as ‘Shri Krishna Janmashtami,’ and the night is known as ‘Mohratri.’

Four Nights are important in Hindu scriptures. Kalaratri (night of Dashain Ashtami), Mohratri (night of Krishna Janmashtami), Mahashivaratri (Shivaratri) and Darunaratri (night of Holi full moon).
