KATHMANDU: The ‘10.75% SBL Debenture’ of Siddhartha Bank has been listed on the Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE).

Siddhartha Bank and Nepal Stock Exchange Limited (NEPSE) have signed an agreement for the listing of 10.75% SBL Debentures 2089 with a maturity of 10 years and a total of 4 million shares of bonds with a face value of Rs 1,000.

The bank invited the general public to buy the bonds through its securities issuance and sales manager, Kumari Capital.

We are pleased to inform you that, in accordance with the Securities Regulations, 2075, 40 million bonds issued to the general public were distributed and listed on the NEPSE on the 31st.

The agreement was signed on behalf of the bank by Sundar Prasad Kandel, Chief Executive Officer of the bank, and on behalf of NEPSE by Krishna Bahadur Karki, Chief Executive Officer of NEPSE.

The bond has also begun trading in the NEPSE secondary market, according to the company.
