Customers of Siddharth Bank to get up to 20% off at Harrison Palace in Biratnagar
The bank believes that this facility will encourage customers to switch from cash transactions to diesel transactions as well as discount facilities.
KATHMANDU: Siddharth Bank and Harrison Palace in Biratnagar have signed an agreement to provide discounts on various services to the bank’s customers.
Kamal Basnet, chief of State 1 for Siddharth Bank, and Shobhana Dugad, Director for Harrison Palace, signed the contract.
According to the agreement, bank customers can receive up to a 20% discount when using Siddharth Bank’s debit, credit, and prepaid cards, mobile banking, and internet banking, and up to a 15% discount when paying for food at Harrison Palace.
The bank believes that this facility will encourage customers to switch from cash transactions to diesel transactions as well as discount facilities.
To encourage customers to use digital banking, the bank has periodically introduced customer-friendly features.
While introducing customer-friendly technology, the bank has been offering various digital banking services such as opening savings, term, and Demat accounts, and applying for debit and credit cards via its website’s easy bank portal.
