Real Madrid wins UEFA Super Cup

KATHMANDU: Real Madrid has won the UEFA Super Cup. Real Madrid won the UEFA Super Cup by defeating Eintracht Frankfurt 2-0 last night.

David Alaba and Karim Benzema scored one goal in Real Madrid’s victory.

Alaba scored Real Madrid’s first goal in the 37th minute, assisted by Casemiro, and Karim Benzema scored the second goal in the 65th minute, assisted by Vinicius Junior.

Real Madrid has won the UEFA Super Cup, which is played between the Champions League and Europa League winners, for the fifth time with this victory.

Real Madrid has now won the Champions League five times in a row, matching Barcelona and AC Milan. In 2017, Real Madrid won the UEFA Super Cup.
