UML welcomed the government’s decision to hold elections on Nov 20

KATHMANDU: The CPN-UML, the main opposition party, has welcomed the government’s decision to hold elections on November 20.

Chairperson KP Sharma Oli responded that this date is natural and expected.

Chairperson Oli expressed his approval of the government’s decision to journalists after announcing the election date at a cabinet meeting on Thursday. The election date is acceptable. “This is a natural and expected date,” he said.

He has demanded that the elections be held in a fair and fearless manner by the government.
