KATHMANDU: The stock market rose a few points on Monday, the second trading day of the week.

The NEPSE stock market index rose 1.15 points to 2196.25 points on this day. The sensitive index rose 1.94 points to 421.14 points on this day.

A total of 4 billion 67 crores 798 thousand 756 rupees was exchanged for one crore 5 lakh 18 thousand 712 shares. On this day, the stock prices of 58 different companies rose. Similarly, the stock prices of 115 companies have fallen. Six companies’ stock prices have remained stable.

This day, indicators in the banking, trading, hydropower, manufacturing, and investment sectors turned green. The rest of the group’s indicators have decreased.
