Price of diesel dropped by 16 per liter, while price of petrol by 12 per liter

KATHMANDU: The price of diesel and petrol fell.

According to the price list sent to the Nepal Oil Corporation (NOC) by the Indian Oil Corporation (IOC), the price of petrol has decreased by Rs 12.45 per liter and the price of diesel has decreased by Rs 16.80 per liter.

Earlier, Oil Corporation did not reduce the price of petrol per liter by 15 rupees 76 paise and diesel by 16 rupees 56 paise. After the price has dropped, the corporation’s overall fortnightly loss will be around 75 crores.

India has reduced the price of fuel in response to the drop in the price of crude oil on the international market.
