Earthquake destroys a house in Sakela, Khotang

KATHMANDU: One house was destroyed in Sakela Rural Municipality as a result of the earthquake that struck at 8:13 a.m. on Sunday with the epicenter at Martinbirta in Khotang.

Although the details of the extent of damage caused by the earthquake have not been received, Pabitra Prakash Shah, Assistant Chief District Officer of District Administration Office, Khotang, stated that a house in Sakela has been destroyed.
