Sudden flow may increase in the river, urge to be cautious

KATHMANDU: Currently, it has been raining in different parts of the country since this morning. In a few areas of the state, light to moderate rain with thunder and lightning is falling. 1, Bagmati and Lumbini, as well as a few locations in the remaining states

According to the Flood Forecasting Division, the flow of water in the river may increase as it rains. “The flow of major rivers is expected to remain below the alert level for the next three days,” the division said in a notification, “but the flow of some rivers may increase and some may even experience sudden flow.”

It has also been asked to be cautious as the water level in rivers, canals, and rivers may rise, disrupting daily life. Coastal residents have been asked to be extra cautious.
