1 person arrested for raping a 15-year-old girl

KATHMANDU: One person was arrested on a charge of raping a 15-year-old girl.

Jitendra Kumar Saday, 23, of Dhangadhimai Municipality 12 Simaltoki, has been arrested, according to the police. He was arrested on Thursday morning.

The district police stationed at Bishnupur Katti arrested Saday as soon as they learned that he had raped the girl while she was sleeping at her house on Thursday night.

The police are looking into the incident further.
