Increase of almost 24 points in stock market

KATHMANDU: The stock market rose by double digits on Wednesday, the fourth trading day of the week.

The NEPSE stock market index rose by 23.83 points to 2111.99 points on this day. On this day, 156 companies’ share prices increased, while 18 companies’ share prices decreased. Six companies’ stock prices have remained constant.

Seventy-Five Lakh 8,188 shares were bought and sold on this day for 3 billion 16 crores 14 lakh 55 thousand 141 rupees.

All other companies share prices increased on this day, out of 13 companies.
