KATHMANDU: The case against 52 constitutional officers appointed during the Oli administration is currently being heard.
The Supreme Court will hear writ petitions filed against the appointment of 52 constitutional officials during KP Oli’s tenure as Prime Minister.
The Supreme Court issued its decision on the disputed cases of constitutional council ordinances, appointments without parliamentary hearings, and so on on Wednesday.
Permanent Chief Justice Deepak Kumar Karki will preside over the case, along with Judges Hari Krishna Karki, Bishwambhar Prasad Shrestha, Ishwar Prasad Khatiwada, and Dr. Anand Mohan Bhattarai.
Four writ petitions and five related petitions have been filed for a hearing.
