Senior deuda singer Harish Chandra Kadayat passed away

KATHMANDU: Harish Chandra Kadayat, a senior Lok Deuda singer, has died.

He passed away while undergoing treatment at Seti State Hospital in Dhangadhi, Kailali.

After suffering a brain injury, a 54-year-old Kadayat from Chhabis Pathibhera Rural Municipality-2 in Bajhang was admitted to Navjeevan Hospital. However, even before his condition did not improve there, he was referred to Seti State Hospital.

He died during treatment in the morning. He has been singing in Deuda since 2050 BS. He has sung in a number of popular songs, including ‘Karnalika Bhel,’ ‘Lanka Bhari Sunn Cha’, La Bini Khanya Ki’.
