638 infections, 2 deaths, and 218 recoveries

KATHMANDU: COVID-19 infection has been confirmed in 638 more people in Nepal.

COVID-19 infection was confirmed in 400 people during 2 thousand 215 PCR tests and 238 people during 2,840 antigen tests.

Two more people have died as a result of COVID-19, bringing the total death toll in Nepal to 11,959.

Similarly, 968,802 people have been cured in Nepal so far, with 218 more infected people recovering.

Currently, there are 3,714 active infected people in isolation in Nepal, according to the ministry.
