One died, one injured due to electric shock

PANCHTHAR: In Panchthar, one person died as a result of electrocution, and another was injured.
Jeevan Magar, 38, of Tumwewa Rural Municipality-2, died last night during treatment after being electrocuted by an electrical short in a grain grinding mill.
Purna Kumar Magar, 35, of that location, was injured as a result of an electric shock.
They were electrocuted yesterday afternoon at 2 p.m. while grinding grain in the mill at Jeevan’s house.
They were taken to the BP Koirala Institute of Health Sciences in Dharan for treatment of electrocuted injuries, according to the District Police Office.
Purna Kumar, who was injured by an electric shock, is being treated at the same hospital and is in good condition, according to police.
