CCTV video of Finance Minister is attached to police report
MPs are currently watching the video.
KATHMANDU: The investigation into outgoing Finance Minister Janardan Sharma has begun in Singh Darbar, according to the Parliamentary Inquiry Committee.
The forensic report of the hard disk of the CCTV footage of the Ministry of Finance obtained from the Police Forensic Science Laboratory was opened in the meeting that just began.
According to information provided by one of the committee members, the report also includes a video. MPs are currently watching the video.
However, it is unclear how much progress has been made from when to when. It’s unclear whether it’ll be on May 28 or not.

The CCTV footage from the night of May 28 was not discovered by the parliamentary special committee formed to investigate the matter of changing the tax rate in the budget by allowing unauthorized persons to enter the Ministry of Finance.
The investigation committee sent the footage to the police lab for forensic examination after the ministry responded that it had been deleted.
