Customers can communicate directly with Sanima Bank employees via video KYC and perform mandatory tasks such as document verification, signature verification, and so on in a simple manner.
When customers open an online account, they must select a date and time for direct communication with staff via video KYC. The customer will be notified via email or phone whether the verification was approved or not.
After the video KYC verification process is approved, the customer can deposit the funds into his/her account and spend up to Rs. 1 crore per year from the account.
Sanima Bank operates 127 branches and 120 ATMs across the country’s seven provinces.
