BIRATNAGAR: Chief Minister of State 1, Rajendra Kumar Rai, has said a development plan on time helps implement budget and projects.
“There are no hindrances at all to spending the budget because we have sufficient treasury at present,” he said during an annual review meeting at his office on Monday.
He directed the officials to prepare criteria for employee management at the state-level ministry and offices. Certain standards on it will be effective to carry out planned activities smoothly, CM Rai underscored.
According to him, government works with full confidence of its employees, so harmony between employees and government is imperative.
On the occasion, the chief secretary at CM’s office, Binod Prakash Singh, viewed the CM’s office itself should be an exemplary office, as it is the leading institution.
The review meeting was attended by the CM, ministers, secretaries and officials.
