Showers will be light to moderate in the afternoon, according to the Department of Water and Meteorology. In some areas of the country, light to moderate rain with thunder and lightning is possible. There is a chance of heavy rain in one or two areas of State 1.
According to the department, there is a possibility of light to moderate rain with thunder and lightning in some parts of the country tonight. There is a possibility of heavy rain in some places of State 1, Lumbini and Far Western States.
The department has requested to be cautious as the water level in rivers, canals and rivers may rise and daily life may be affected.
