KATHMANDU: Following the upsurge of COVID-19 infection in Nepal, the Ministry of Health and Population (MoHP) issued a 10-point request.
The ministry issued a 10-point request on Thursday, requesting that masks be made mandatory.
It has been requested that people wear masks when going to crowded places, according to co-spokesperson Samir Kumar Adhikari.
It has been requested that masks be worn in congested areas such as airports, airplanes, public transportation, conferences, seminars, and meetings.
Those who have not been vaccinated have also been urged to get vaccinated.
On Thursday, 435 people were found to be infected with COVID-19 in Nepal.
