KATHMANDU: The state assembly building has been surrounded by the Kirant Limbuwan United Struggle Committee.
On Friday, Speaker Pradeep Kumar Bhandari convened an all-party meeting.
The Limbuwan Kirant United Struggle Committee has presented Sakela dance outside the state assembly building demanding that the name of the state should be Kirant.
Limbuwan and Rai Yayokkha have been demanding that State 1 be named Kirat Limbuwan State for several days.
