KATHMANDU: Other programs than citizenship have been removed from the House of Representatives Friday agenda.
Other programs, with the exception of the Nepal Citizenship (First Amendment) Bill, have been removed from the agenda of the meeting, which began at 1 p.m. today.
Previously, the Parliament Secretariat proposed sending the Nepal Special Service Bill to the committee for quarterly discussion, a discussion on the State Order and Good Governance Committee’s report, and a proposal to present and pass the Citizenship Bill for decision.
According to the Parliament Secretariat, the Home Minister will present the Citizenship Bill to Parliament for decision and submit a proposal for its passage, according to the most recent amendment program.
