COVID-19 on rise, with 457 people infected in a single day
One more person has died as a result of COVID-19, bringing the total number of deaths to 11,954.
KATHMANDU: COVID-19 infection has been confirmed in 457 more people in Nepal.
COVID-19 infection was confirmed in 386 people during 2341 PCR tests and 71 people during 2310 antigen tests, according to the Ministry of Health.
One more person has died as a result of COVID-19, bringing the total number of deaths to 11,954.
According to the ministry, 968 thousand 64 people have been cured in Nepal so far, with 48 more infected people recovering.
According to the ministry, there are currently 1,776 active infected people in isolation in Nepal.
