Stock market grows by double-digit

KATHMANDU: The stock market rose by double digits on Monday. On this day, the NEPSE stock market index increased by 18.03 points to 2029.43 points.

On this day, the sensitive index rose by 2.83 points to 388.76. On this day, 31 lakh 42 thousand 402 shares of 211 companies were bought and sold for 1 billion 31 billion 29 lakh 62 thousand 960 rupees.

Except for business and mutual funds, all other indicators have fallen on this day. On this day, the stock prices of 143 companies rose. The stock prices of 27 companies have fallen. The share prices of nine companies have remained constant.

Barun Hydropower Company Limited, Emerging Nepal Limited, Api Power Company, Taragaon Regency Hotel, and other companies’ stock prices have risen the most.
