Home Minister’s talks about Bhrikuti Mandap blaze: Saying that incident to be investigated
He stated that the disabled fund's goods had been destroyed by fire and that the government would assist.
KATHMANDU: Home Minister Bal Krishna Khand has stated that the cause of the fire at Bhrikuti Mandap will be investigated.
Similarly, he stated that the disabled fund’s goods had been destroyed by fire and that the government would assist.
On Sunday, while inspecting the site of the fire, Home Minister Khand stated that the necessary materials will be handed over to the disabled fund via the National Disaster Mitigation and Management Authority.
He stated that the fire destroyed the fund’s books as well as the Social Welfare Council’s materials. He insisted that the cause of the fire would be investigated further.
During the inspection, he had a discussion with the council and the treasury officials.
