Kamana Sewa Bank launched its 21st branchless banking service
The bank launched a branchless banking service in Salakpur, Rong Rural Municipality-6, Ilam, on Thursday.
KATHMANDU: Kamana Sewa Bikas Bank Limited has launched a branchless banking service via a mobile app in more new locations, with the goal of providing all-accessible and cutting-edge banking services throughout the country.
In order to expand its services, the bank launched a branchless banking service in Salakpur, Rong Rural Municipality-6, Ilam, on Thursday.
Yam Prasad Adhikari of Salakpur-based Agro Banana Food Zone has been appointed as the branchless banking operations’ business representative. Dhiraj Rai, a Ward 6 member, launched the branchless banking service.
Branchless banking will provide account opening, deposit collection, money payment, various bill payments, and other services.
The bank expects to develop significant trust and banking concepts in rural and unbanked areas through this service.
