Harka & Rabi met, talks on these topics

KATHMANDU: Rabi Lamichhane, the central president of the National Independent Party, and Harka Raj Rai, the mayor of Dharan Sub-Metropolitan City, met. A meeting will be held between them on Friday in Rai’s office.

Lamichhane congratulated Rai and wished him a successful tenure, reminding him that the public has high expectations for him. “I also wanted to participate in Shramdan (labor donation), but it’s over,” Lamichhane said.

He also stated that the collaboration would continue. Rai welcomed Lamichhane into his office, thanked him for coming to meet him, and stated that opportunities for collaboration are available.

Rai was elected mayor of Dharan in the 2079 local-level member election.
