Deputy Speaker Election: Bidya Bhattarai of UML preparing to register nomination

KATHMANDU: MP Bidya Bhattarai of the main opposition CPN (UML) is also preparing to file her candidacy for the post of Deputy Speaker of the House of Representatives (HoR).

Another UML MP, Krishna Bhakta Pokharel, has already filled out the nomination registration form for Bhattarai.

He himself supports the form filled out by Pokharel.

Bhattarai has not yet arrived. Pokharel predicts that she will arrive within a few minutes.
