Deputy Speaker Election: NC’s Pushpa Bhusal filed nomination on behalf of coalition (with photos)

KATHMANDU: Pushpa Bhusal, the leader of the Nepali Congress (NC), has registered to be the ruling coalition’s Deputy Speaker of the House of Representatives (HoR).

Bhusal’s proponents include Maoist Center MP Dev Prasad Gurung and United Socialist Party MP Laxmi Kumari Chaudhary.

According to the Parliament Secretariat, registration is open today from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.
