One dies in Gorkha landslide

KATHMANDU: A landslide in the Gorkha district has killed one person.

Suk Bahadur Gurung, 80, of Garigaun in Siranchowk Rural Municipality-6, has been identified as the deceased.

DSP Leela Lamichhane stated that he died after being struck by a landslide while cutting firewood in the forest.
