KATHMANDU: Speaker Agni Prasad Sapkota today certified five bills passed on different dates by both houses of the federal parliament.

The Speaker passed a bill to amend and consolidate the law governing the Public Service Commission, a bill to make provision for allocating and spending funds from the Federal Reserve Fund for the Fiscal Year 2079/80 services and works, a bill to amend the Loans and Guarantees Act, 2025, a bill to provide the right to borrow, and a bill to implement the government of Nepal’s financial proposal.

The certified bill will go into effect after the President ratifies it.
