Caricature Exhibition: From Satya Mohan to Balen (with photos)

KATHMANDU: The Nepal Academy of Fine Arts in Naxal is hosting an exhibition called ‘Nepali Caricature 2079.’ The exhibition, which started on Monday, will last for three days.

Caricatures of personalities who have made contributions to various sectors of Nepali society are featured in the exhibition. There are over 50 caricatures created by 42 artists in this collection.

The caricature exhibition features artists ranging from Satya Mohan Joshi to Bhuwan KC, Balendra Shah to Harka Sampang, Rishi Dhamala to Bipin Karki. This exhibition has been running since 2074 BS.

The exhibition is co-organized by the Nepal Academy of Fine Arts (NAFA) Department of Architecture and Other Creative Arts and the Nepal Cartoonist Club.
