Madhesh State passes its budget

KATHMANDU: The Madhesh State has unanimously passed its budget for the fiscal year 2022/23.

The State Assembly approved the budget of Rs 46 billion 880 million 946 thousand at a meeting on Sunday.

The meeting also unanimously approved the Finance Bill, 2079 BS, and the revenue mobilization bill.

The bills were presented in the meeting by Finance Minister Shailendra Prasad Sah.
