NC holding central working committee meeting

KATHMANDU: Today afternoon, the ruling Nepali Congress (NC) called a meeting of its central working committee.

Among other things, the meeting will discuss and review the government’s performance and give full shape to its sister organizations.

Meanwhile, at the meeting, the disgruntled faction led by party leader Dr. Shekhar Koirala is expected to raise the issue of “a serious review of the government’s work and actions.”

At today’s meeting, the Koirala-led faction has demanded a thorough review of the government’s working style.

Similarly, supporters of the Koirala faction are expected to protest outside the party office in Sanepa during the meeting, demanding that the working committee of the sister organizations be completed.
