UML close to victory in Budhiganga, whose vote is how much?

KATHMANDU: CPN-UML has maintained the lead in Bajura’s Budhiganga Municipality.

Ram Bahadur Baniya of the CPN-UML, who has been in the lead since the beginning of the counting, has retained it with 3,881 votes, while Rang Bahadur Khati of the Nepali Congress, who is trailing him, received 3,101 votes.
Maya Kumari Khadka (Kuwar) of the UML has maintained her lead in the race for deputy mayor, with 3,753 votes. Rita Shahi of the Nepali Congress is in second place with 3,153 votes.
So far, the votes of ward numbers 1, 9, 10, 2, 3, 8, 4 and 7 have been counted. Congress has won in Wards 4, 7, and 8, while CPN-UML has won in the remaining wards. On Thursday, voting took place in the Budhiganga Municipality.
