KATHMANDU: The stock market has declined by double digits on the fifth trading day of the week. The share market Nepse index has dropped by 16.60 points today, to 2027.32 points.
The transaction value has also shrunk. On the day, 47.11 million 25 rupee shares valued at Rs 1 billion 80 million 62 million 4 thousand 7 hundred 64 rupees were traded.
The share price of 157 companies has declined on this day. The stock prices of 29 companies increased, while the stock prices of five companies remained unchanged.
Except for mutual funds, all of the group sub-indices have fallen on this day. On this day, the share prices of RBB Mutual Fund 1, Mountain Hydro Nepal, Citizens Mutual Fund 2, Narayani Development Bank, BOK Debenture, and other companies and securities rose.
