UCPN (M) Central Committee meeting begins, Prachanda proposing names of office bearers

KATHMANDU: The Central Committee meeting of the CPN (Maoist Center) has begun. The meeting began at the Nepal Academy Hall in Kamaladi.

The agenda for today’s meeting includes party chairperson Pushpa Kamal Dahal ‘Prachanda’ proposing the names of the office-bearers. He will eventually propose a name.

Previously, the meeting had been rescheduled for Tuesday and Wednesday.

The meeting, which began last Sunday, has been postponed for two days and is now taking place today.

Leaders have stated that the meeting will conclude today after the election of office-bearers.
