KATHMANDU: Respected CPN (Unified Socialist) leader Jhala Nath Khanal has stated that missing CCTV footage is a serious incident.
He stated this while talking to journalists outside the parliament building on Wednesday.
“To say that the constitution will be completely transparent is not to say that it will not be implemented,” he explained. The missing of this CCTV footage is a serious incident.
