KATHMANDU: A person has been arrested for uploading a video with an obscene title to a YouTube channel.

Prabesh Lama, the operator of the YouTube channel 4 Real TV, was arrested by Nepal Police’s Cyber Bureau on Monday.

According to police, he is a Nuwakot resident who is currently residing in Boudhha Tinchule, Kathmandu. He is accused of uploading obscene videos to his YouTube channel and sharing them on social media.

According to the bureau, the investigation has been extended by five days due to a district court order.
