Agreement between IME Pay and Smart QR

KATHMANDU: IME Pay, promoted by IME Digital Solutions Limited and operated by IME Group, and Smart QR, operated by SCT, have entered into a partnership agreement.

According to the agreement, all Bigmart Supermarket outlets, particularly those that accept IME Pay, can offer a 15% discount or a maximum discount of Rs 300 by scanning a smart QR code, the company said.

IME Pay and Smart QR have joined forces for the project, expressing their determination to move forward with Digitalize Nepal.

The scheme is expected to entice a wide range of users to switch to digital payment methods.

During the plan period, users will be able to receive a discount of up to Rs 25 hundred on each transaction.
